The Skyler City Ovens are a professional baseball team out of Skyler City California. The team is part of the National Division of the S.C.B.L (Southern California Baseball League).

The team originated as a make believe baseball team created by Jonah Flenderson. Later, when Lenny and the rest of the main cast decided to form their own team in the S.C.B.L, they submitted several names, only for each one to be rejected, as they were already taken by another team. Flenderson brought his make believe team into reality by submitting it as having the best non-taken name anyone could come up with, despite everybody else's disapproval of the name. Jonah also designed the team's jersies, which are a hideous pink color, which Jonah did deliberately hoping it would set the team apart from the others. While it did do this, not in a positive way.

The team is consistently regarded as the worst team in the entire league. A game opening "hype video" created by Jonah consisted of mostly singles, a few doubles, and its highlight is a solo home run in the team's sole playoff game appearance, meaning, the Ovens lost the game (to their rivals, the Valencia Vipers) and were eliminated anyway.

The creator of the team, Jonah Flenderson, selfishly considers himself captain of the entire team. However, he has been ejected from a game more times than any other player in league history. Most of these are due to arguing a (usually valid) call or throwing fits of frustration, while a few were after unsuccessful attempts to fake a pitch hit to get on first base.

The team has a fierce rivalry with the Valencia Vipers. During a game between the two, Jonah deliberately hit a Vipers batter with a pitch, due to the batter not liking Ncdonald's, Jonah's favorite restaurant, which ignited a bench clearing brawl. The two teams have hated each other ever since. The team and its respective league, have no affiliation with Major League Baseball.
